Non-heat-sealable films are mainly used for printing flat films, paper/plastic composite films, and adhesive tape films. Heat-sealing film is mainly used for packaging food, cigarettes, tea and textiles.

Type 4200 film width up to 4200mm, production speed 50 ~ 200m/min, annual production capacity of 6,000 tons; 5200 type film production width up to 5200mm, production speed 50 ~ 200m/min, annual production capacity up to 7000 tons; 6200 The maximum width of the produced film can reach 6200mm, the production speed is 50-250m/min, and the annual production capacity can reach 10,000 tons. The system has a novel design, reasonable structure and convenient operation. Using modern advanced computer network technology, Siemens PLC-S5 series is selected as the lower computer, and Motorola's industrial computer is used as the upper computer, which facilitates man-machine conversation and facilitates adjustment of process parameters. There are perfect data analysis functions, and the process flow is displayed in graphical form, and faults can be judged in a timely manner to eliminate them and improve the quality of new products.
