First, the problem is raised
PVF coating is a baking type coating synthesized by fluorine-containing organic polymer. The semi-finished product (barrel, top and bottom cover) to be sprayed must be baked at a certain temperature without open flame, and PVF can be plasticized to form a film (generally controlled film thickness is 30-40 microns). Therefore, the baking process is A key link. The main factors directly affecting baking are:
(1) drying tunnel structure;
(2) Temperature control (generally 230-280 ° C);
(3) Control of time (ingress and egress continuity is generally 20 to 30 minutes).

Second, the application of SHQ quartz lamp on the drying tunnel
According to the PVF coating process requirements, since 1982, it has designed itself to manufacture an inner spray steel drum drying tunnel production line. as the picture shows. A 25m assembled tunnel line. The total capacity is 252kw.
The production line consists of high-pressure spraying device, box chain conveying device, SHQ quartz lamp (Specification: φ18×100Omm/1.5kw), 168 branches, U-shaped mesh, insulation drying tunnel and exhaust passage, thermometer and electrical control. Cabinet and other components.
The drying tunnel adopts a metal dome-shaped structure with an insulating material sandwiched therebetween. The SHQ quartz lamp is arranged on the bottom and both sides of the drying tunnel to form a U-shaped radiant heating net for solvent evaporation and timely discharge of solvent gas. There are five exhaust passages at the upper end of the drying tunnel and three regulating gates at the middle to adjust the row. Gas volume and insulation. Three thermocouples and a millivolt meter are inserted at the top of the first, middle and rear sections for temperature measurement and automatic temperature adjustment. The conveying system adopts the chain chain transmission, and the four rollers drive the barrel to rotate continuously forward to achieve uniform radiation heating and prevent the material from sagging.
The production line has proved good performance after several years of use, which has improved product quality and production capacity, saved a lot of energy for the country, and enabled the company to achieve certain economic benefits.

From the application situation, SHQ opal quartz lamp, radiant heating is indeed better than carbonized silicon plate and other heating elements. Mainly manifested in the following aspects,
1. Fast heating: from start to normal production, the PVF coating process temperature requirement is 230~2800C, only about 30 minutes, the radiation is stable and the permeability is strong.

3. Power saving: Compared with other commercially available heating elements, SHQ quartz lamps can save 15 to 30% of electricity.
4. Safe and reliable: SHQ quartz lamp is resistant to high temperature and no open flame, adapting to PVF coating process requirements. Compared with the heating of the resistance wire, the operator is safe and reliable, and the operator has not had any burning or explosion accident since the production was put into production.
5. Durable: SHQ quartz lamp is not deformed at high temperature, the service life can reach 15000 hours, and the service life of silicon carbide plate is only 3600 hours. Since it was put into production, no abnormality or burnout was found.
6. Easy to install and maintain: SHQ quartz lamp tube is easy to disassemble and install. It is reddish after being energized. If the quartz lamp does not turn red, it proves that the damage can be repaired by the maintenance electrician.
Because SHQ opal quartz lamp has reasonable structure, convenient use, high emissivity, high temperature, uniform temperature and stability, and excellent plasticizing conditions of the coating, it greatly improves the quality of spraying in steel drum; such as adhesion (GB1720- -79) The test has reached the first grade, impact strength (GB1732-79), flexibility (GB1731-79), and plastic film thickness (GB1784--79) all meet the national standard requirements.
