One-time operation completes two processes of bag packaging equipment

This device is designed according to the highest standards, and the circuit perfect protection class is IP54 (IP66 waterproof standard can also be achieved). Weighing and bagging operations are performed synchronously through handshakes, allowing full automation. This device greatly reduces the operator's participation and greatly increases the production speed: 15 bags per minute can be completed, and about 10 tons of products can be bagged and sealed in an eight-hour shift. In addition, another advantage revealed by the machine during the six months of trial operation is its shorter downtime. At the same time, the aircraft is also very quick to change the bag model at any time, even unskilled personnel can easily grasp.

The Saxon Superbagger bagging machine is suitable for a variety of free-flowing products such as minced meat, steak, lamb chops, chicken, fish products (including frozen squid rings, fish fillets, jellyfish shrimp and prawns). According to the bag model and product, the machine can produce up to 20 bags per minute in a single configuration.
