3 There are some word processing software such as Word, Wps2000, etc. Theoretically, PS files can be generated in the same way and the film can be output. However, in fact, the prepress output must be processed such as imposition, registration lines, and cutting lines. However, Word, Wps2000, and other software can be said to be powerless in this regard. In particular, the color draft, once it is completed, and then go to the post-processing, will bring great difficulties to the prepress output workers. Therefore, try to use Pagemaker, FIT and a series of design, layout software.
2. Accuracy of the hanging net when output is closed The higher the precision of the net, the finer the printed product, but it has a greater relationship with paper, ink, etc.

General common paper and mesh precision: imported coated paper or stickers, etc.: 175-200 lines; imported adhesive tapes, etc.: 150-175 lines; ordinary offset papers, etc.: 133-150 lines; newsprint 100-120 lines, By analogy, the worse the paper quality, the lower the hanging net, and the better the paper quality, the higher the hanging net should be.
4. Linearization Imagesetters have different dot gain rates for different films. AGFA imagesetter does not need to adjust the linearization curve for some AGFA films, but if AGFA imagesetter uses film from other manufacturers, it needs to adjust the linearization curve. This is not because the film of other manufacturers is not good, but the film. Does not match the AGFA imagesetter. In order to obtain higher quality, the dot gain rate of the film must be guaranteed within 10%. If the film fails to meet this requirement, it is better to replace other brands of film. In addition, after completing the linearization, it is necessary to confirm that the network expansion is within 1%. Only in this way, the output film can truly reflect the designer's creativity.
5. The gray scale of the hanging net increases the gray level of the hanging net, which can improve the output quality of the gradient, but the maximum should not exceed 1024 gray levels. After the level is higher than 1024, the quality improvement cannot be discerned by the naked eye, but it is to the RIP. The operating speed has a greater impact.
Of course, when increasing the grayscale level of the attached network, you must set the RIP Parameter/Picture Quality option to Fine, otherwise the settings related to the grayscale level will not work.
Tip: In software such as Wits, you can also set the gray level of the gradient. As in this case, it is recommended that the grayscale level set in Invensys not be more than 1024, because when the level is higher than 1024, it will have a greater impact on the RIP running speed.
6. FM network points In some cases, FM network points may be used. Founder Century RIP offers two types of FM network points for selection. The use of FM network points can obtain better printing quality, but because the printing technology of FM network points is quite different from the FM network point, if you use the FM network outlet to output the film, you must notify the back of the printing process, such as printing, otherwise, will Loss of dots when printing occurs, resulting in a vicious accident with reduced print quality.
7. Film Density The photo density of the imagesetter output film is between 3.5 and 4.2 for optimum output quality. Tip: The minimum output density must not be less than 3.5. Factors that affect the density of the film are: film type, exposure intensity, development time, and development temperature. Every time you replace a different batch of film, change the developer or fixer fluid, change the development time, and temperature, you need to re-export the test film and reset the exposure intensity and linearization curve.
