【Abstracts】 The invention discloses a method for packaging and packing raw tobacco in the tobacco industry and a baler. The baler includes a mold frame similar to a square body, a movable bottom plate with a cable groove inside the frame, and a top pressing device under the bottom plate 3 and the cover plate 4, the movable bottom plate 2 is supported by the spring 5, and the cover plate 4 is connected with the support arm 4-1 fixed on the frame 1 by a loose leaf 4-2, and the frame body 1 and the cover plate 4 are in contact with the movable bottom plate. Corresponding slots are opened with slots 1-1 and 4-3; the packaging method is to use the strapping machine to bundle the tobacco leaves on the side of the cigarette package (where the tobacco leaves the head) to be "well" or "10." The cigarette packs whose characters are crossed and whose shape is similar to a cube are stacked in a stacking manner in which the cigarette packs are stacked vertically and horizontally according to the tobacco leaves.
