U.S. Dutch company launches square pigment packaging plastic bottle

A novel square pigment latex paint packaging container was introduced by the United States and the Netherlands, and a paint bottle cap was also invented. Home paint packaging has been for decades, this is the first time a major change.

The lightweight, sturdy packaging is very convenient and impossible to break, winning the American Star in September 2002. All plastic containers, 19 cm high and 4 liters capacity.

Anti-oxidant, moisture-proof, this plastic bottle gives the user a NEW method of mixing, brushing and storing. The pigment bottle is blow molded from pearl grey high-density polyethylene to withstand the sun and rain outside.

There is a hollow handle on one side corner of the bottle body so that you can easily carry and pour the paint. Injection molded HDPE bottles are generally easier to use than metal pigment extrusion cans. When you pour the pigment into the platter, there will be no droplets. If you need it, you can also move it when you pour it out. The wide brush can be placed directly into the 14.5 cm2 garden cover. Covered with a gray polypropylene twisting ring, the lid can be opened or closed without tools. It can be closed when no pigment is used, and there are two moulding rings that enable the lid to close tightly over the mouth of the bottle to extend storage time.

The front and back of the bottle are very glossy, can print about 12cm high labels, or coated with UV paint around the plastic bottle, impressive. There is enough space on the surface of the container to print various marks.

This container has been produced for two years and the packaging line specifications and equipment are all dedicated. Manufacturers have installed a new automated filling line, marking the fact that this pigment plastic bottle is going global.
