Faster blow bottle processing equipment

Germany's SIG Corpoplast Group (Hamburg) has developed the compact blow molding machine Blomax 4 Series III with the highest productivity to produce 43200 plastic bottles per hour. This model design reduces the air flow dead zone in compressed air. At the same time, a special comprehensive air recycling system was designed to reduce the consumption of compressed air. This type of equipment is equipped with a rapid mold change system, which can shorten the time for mold replacement by 25% and configure the stretch core without replacement. At this year's "Drinktec Beverage and Liquid Food" trade fair, SIG Group demonstrated a Blomax 10 Series III blow molding machine with a capacity of 1800 bottles/hour per station.

During the same trade show, SIG Plasmax Co., Ltd. exhibited processing equipment for barrier-coated plastic bottles, model number Plasmax 12D, capable of processing 10,000 PET bottles blow molded per hour. System equipment can coat blow-molded PET bottles with a transparent, fully recyclable barrier layer that greatly extends the shelf life of plastic bottled goods.

SIG Corpoplast Group is the first manufacturer to blow mold 1800 plastic bottles in one hour with a single mold cavity, and a maximum capacity of 1.5 litres for a large stretch blow molding machine
