1. No cooling
First determine whether the cooling button on the panel is pressed, and the ambient temperature of the test box should be between 5 ℃ and 28 ℃, see the air-cooled condenser because of the long use time, the accumulated dust is too thick, clean the condenser Dust can be used (can be purged with a compressed air gun), if there is no such situation, you need to watch the reading of the refrigeration pressure gauge, the static pressure is generally above 6 kg (or 90psi, the innermost circle of the pressure gauge), The pressure in the shutdown state is specified as shown in the figure below (the black line is marked on the pressure gauge when leaving the factory). If it is below, there may be refrigerant leakage, resulting in insufficient cooling capacity. The refrigeration system needs to be repaired. 2. Slow cooling
Determine whether the heat load of the studio is too large or the blower fan does not rotate, or the test samples in the test box are piled up too much (not more than one-third of the total volume of the inner box under normal circumstances), resulting in the wind unable to circulate, If the temperature fluctuates greatly, then check whether the door is not closed properly. If there is a leakage phenomenon, check the breakdown of some solid state relays (for example, there are 2 solid state relays and 1 breakdown). If the above situation does not exist, if the cooling temperature of the test box is slow or it can not be reduced to the required temperature point, the refrigerant factor should be considered.
3. The compressor does not operate
First confirm whether the cooling button on the lower panel is pressed, and then open the distribution box, refer to the electrical schematic diagram and measure the resistance between the compressor power lines with a multimeter. If there is resistance (actually the resistance of the compressor) and resistance If the difference between the values ​​is not large, it can be judged that the compressor coil is intact; if the difference between the resistance values ​​is large or not at all, there may be a short circuit phenomenon or an open circuit in the coil.
