The machine adopts continuous sealing. The packaging material is deducted from the unwinding mechanism at the rear of the machine body. After the unwinding roller and the guide stick enter the winding mechanism, the packaging material is divided into two by the slitting knife, and then the wrapping film enters the packaging film guide sticks on both sides. The film is turned to enter the sealing area, and the final product is formed through the longitudinal sealing, horizontal sealing, filling and feeding, printing lot number, cutting notch, slitting and cross cutting, and is sent out by the conveyor belt. Its characteristics:

(1) The "human machine interface + PLC" control mode is adopted to facilitate the function setting of each station and realize intelligent operation. The production speed of the equipment is variable and adjustable. When the mold is not changed, the length of the packaging bag is infinitely adjustable within a certain range (65 to 150 mm).
(2) Temperature control is more accurate: Intelligent fuzzy instruments are used to automatically determine the temperature change trend and ensure accurate and reliable temperature control.
(3) Adopting the latest type of feeding mechanism, the material has a short distance to move and the material feeding speed is fast, which increases the packing speed. The metering device can be adjusted as a whole, or the single bag can be fine-adjusted to improve the accuracy of the loading amount. And specifications are easy to replace and easy to clean.
(4) The air cylinder is installed on the vertical sealing rod and it is automatically removed a certain distance when it is stopped. When it is turned on, it is automatically pressed together to prevent the composite membrane from overheating and burning.
(5) In the hopper, a domestically original rocking type stirring device was added, completely changing the phenomenon that the block blocked the feeding pipe.
(6) The reel adopts the convex key type air expansion shaft, and the film limit block is installed on the convex key type air expansion shaft to facilitate the clamping of the packaging film.
