Compared with China, almost all foreign companies use UV inks. The current situation in China is that UV inks are gradually increasing in China, but not much used. Most companies think that the investment cost of the light pipe device is high, and the price of UV ink is high. However, more and more companies in China have realized their advantages after using UV inks: (1) Although the price is high, the amount of ink used is small, which is beneficial to the operation and print quality (not easy to paste) ; (2) will not block the anilox roller, the amount of ink is stable, the color difference is easy to grasp; (3) the next version is convenient, no cleaning, will not cause waste. Therefore, in order to print high-quality products, it is still advocating the use of UV inks.

It is common for flexo printing to use die-cutting techniques. Among them, the flat plate cutting speed is slow; the use of circular pressure die cutting, although good, high strength, long life, but the cost is also high. Through inspections of Italian printing plants and Omet Machinery Plant, they saw that they all use magnetic die cutters, die-cut 0.46mm whiteboard paper, speed from 50 to 200m/rain, die-cutting and waste are very good. In addition, the magnetic knife has a low cost and can be used for medium and small batch business with a small specification of the printing plate roller.

In the past two years, China is also talking about cold pressing technology. In fact, the cold is not hot, but the transfer, in the need for gold graphics, first printed a layer of transparent UV glue, and then pressed together with the aluminum foil and UV curing to make it stick, non-graphic parts due to no UV Adhesive and sticky, the key technology is UV adhesive and gold (silver) color film. The advantage of cold press technology is that it does not require heating and is fast.

After the inspection, the most profound impression is that foreign flexographic printing technology and equipment are more advanced and mature. Digital technology has reached the plate-making level in plate making. Flexographic printing has shown strong competitiveness in the field of printing. We believe in flexibility. The Indian market will continue to expand.
