Japan's springtime display auto parts special anti-counterfeiting labels

In front of Japan, we developed a “TrustGram” (existing overseas name DiOViS) to prove the authenticity of the auto parts, and opened the “Person and Vehicle” at the Pacifico Convention and Exhibition Center in Yokohama, Japan on May 24, 2006. The Science and Technology Exhibition 2006 was demonstrated (Figure 1). Adhere to the cardboard box that holds the car accessories. As long as you use a special detector to sweep, you can easily distinguish between genuine and fake.

The right side of the accessory label is affixed with an elongated transfer foil. This transfer foil reflects only light of a specific wavelength in external light, and can see the hologram of flash directly. With the special filter “Handy Viewer” polarizing filter, the hologram disappears and black lines are exposed (Fig. 2).

Since the accessory tag and the transfer foil are integrated, a machine for automatically attaching the accessory tag to the case can be directly used. In the past, the operator must attach a security label outside the accessory label.

Many counterfeit auto parts have appeared on the Asian market in China. In addition, equipment that is used exclusively for the production of "anti-counterfeit labels" is sold in the market. Therefore, there are many counterfeit accessories that are faked on counterfeit labels.

The company's anti-counterfeit labels were not available elsewhere due to the transfer foil material, and thus "despite the fact that it has been on the market for five years, there are still no counterfeit labels" (Japanese clockwork).

In terms of cost, each tag ranges from several yen to several tens of yen. The size and shape of the transfer foil can be customized.
