First, the environment:

Why do you list environmental requirements in the first place? Customers who use nozzles for more than half a year and have a line, their environment is neat, the body is not sticky, and there is a reasonable management system. I have encountered such customers, the environment will not speak first - simply can not get into it, the machine is full of dust, but customers and employees also said in unison, no problem, dirty, a little mess, it will not affect the machine, The service life of the nozzle. This is probably part of a typical Chinese people. Such customers are rare. They may not realize that dust can easily enter the main ink tank to the sub ink tank and then enter the nozzle, affecting the print effect of the nozzle and shortening the nozzle head. life. It can be imagined that no machine like this has a service life of more than three months; at the same time, it has lost many customers.

Second, the operation

Some operators do not listen carefully when training and do whatever they want. It's quite reasonable to say him. Third, auxiliary accessories

Every accessory on the machine has its purpose. Do not remove it at will. The customers I mentioned earlier have no air filter on their main ink tank and sub ink tank. Various particles in the air can easily enter the ink. No one can guarantee that there is no dust in his indoor air. The air filter is used to filter the air. It cannot be thrown away. If it is clogged or damaged, it should be replaced immediately.

Some brands have a grounding wire and a heat sink on the nozzle. The grounding wire protects the nozzle and is anti-static. A customer in Fang County, Hubei Province, bought a domestic machine sprinkler without a grounding wire, and burned three sprinklers in less than half a year. I did not agree to purchase my company's sprinkler head because there was a difference in the nozzle voltage used by various manufacturers. The use of other nozzles indiscriminately damages the nozzle and the device itself. The heat generated during the operation of the nozzles is mainly carried out by the ink jets, followed by the heat sinks. I often hear and see that some customers burn the nozzles. This is related to the voltage level of the nozzles, the presence of ground connections, and the presence of heat sinks.

Particles in the air contain static electricity, static electricity generated by the friction between the medium and equipment, and some leakage of electricity from the equipment itself. This causes the body to carry electricity. If it is not grounded, static electricity cannot be excluded, and damage to the main components such as the nozzle and main board is easily caused. .

Fourth, ink

As we all know, the quality of the ink directly affects the picture quality and the print head. At present, domestic ink is mainly used in the market, and there is a gap in the price and quality of famous brand inks. The price is not equal to reduce the cost, sometimes resulting in nozzle clogging, print interruption, scrapped, color is not good return, etc., thus wasting more manpower and material resources, increasing costs, causing unnecessary losses. This is the experience of many customers themselves. Therefore, it is best to use inks recommended by equipment manufacturers (agents) because these inks are subjected to rigorous, long-term testing and are guaranteed for equipment and nozzles.

Fifth, maintenance

In fact, the maintenance of the nozzle is very critical, and now there are several inkjet printers with automatic cleaning system. The service life of the nozzles varies greatly when the nozzles have been cleaned and the ink nozzles have stopped for the night.

The equipment must be cleaned before shutting down the power, and put the nozzle on the moist sea surface pad, this can guarantee the condition of the nozzle is the same as the day before yesterday, the picture quality is the same.

Relatively no cleaning system equipment (such as 3.2 meters large inkjet printer), when shutting down, be sure to apply cleaning fluid on the surface of the nozzle, and wrap tightly with cling film, cling film and nozzle tightly, so as to reduce the volatilization of cleaning fluid and ink.
