In the following, two cases of failures that occurred in the Iraqi line with the ZYH660 grid knife hybrid folder were analyzed and excluded. Its deceleration photoelectric switch in the paper transport stack is an important part of the paper stack control mechanism, located 25mm below the paper suction suction wheel. Under normal conditions, when the stack up button is pressed, the stack rises quickly. When the paper stack blocks the photoelectric switch during the ascent, the pile of paper slowly rises, and Feida also makes automatic adjustments. When the stack of paper rises approximately 3 mm from the proximity switch above it, the proximity switch m acts and the stack stops. At this time, according to the paper thickness and paper quality adjustment of the machine, through the console switch key to make the host run, you can work properly.

Failure phenomenon

After pressing the paper stack up button, the paper stack rises quickly. When the photoelectric switch is blocked, the paper stack cannot slow down, and continues to rise in a rapid manner until it reaches the end limit switch above it. After the stack has stopped rising, Federer cannot make automatic adjustments, and there is no gap between the stack and the suction wheel and the proximity switch. If the machine continues to run, tearing, paper jams, etc. will occur.

Analysis and solution:

From the point of view of failure, there is no deceleration when the stack rises to block the photoelectric switch. The photoelectric switch is more likely to have problems. After the paper stack is lowered, the photoelectric switch is checked. In addition to the photoelectric eyes of the photoelectric switch, there is a slight accumulation of dust and no other abnormalities are found. Wipe the eyes clean with a clean, soft cloth and replace the photoelectric switch by hand instead of the stack of paper. After pressing the paper stack up button, it is found that the pile of paper can decelerate and rise in a slow manner: the handle is removed when it rises rapidly. When the stack of paper blocks the photoelectric switch, it cannot slow down.

In order to clarify the reason, the paper pile was unloaded from the cardboard table, and the position of the surface of the paper stack in contact with the photoelectric switch was carefully observed. It was found that there was a black ink ribbon from top to bottom, that is, the label. It is used to facilitate quality inspection personnel picking white plates and other errors during inspections. Each page has a label on it. After the pages have been placed neatly, an ink ribbon appears from top to bottom. In order to verify if there is a problem with this ink ribbon, the paper stack is replaced again. After pressing the paper stack up button, the paper stack rises quickly. When the paper stack blocks the photoelectric switch, the paper stack can slow down and slow down. All kinds of actions are normal. Judging from this, it is this black ink belt that affects the normal operation of the machine.

Placing a white paper in front of the photoelectric switch allows the photoelectric signal of the photo-emission tube to hit the white paper to solve this problem. The paper is stuck to the window in front of the photoelectric switch with a piece of self-adhesive tape, and the paper with the black mark is reinstalled on the lift platen. Press the paper stack up button and the paper stack rises. The difference is that the paper stack is slowly rising. In addition, all other actions and functions are normal. The method of using white paper to block the black mark, while making the speed of the paper pile to rise quickly, is slower, but it effectively solves the problem that the photoelectric switch of the paper stack fails due to the black mark, and the feeder cannot feed paper.

Since Feida's paper suction body has no paper feeding action (the suction nozzle can only move up and down under the action of vacuum and spring, and it cannot move forward and backward), the paper can only be fed by the suction paper suction wheel and rotates on it. Pull the paper out of the nozzle to remove the paper. In order to enable the paper feeding suction wheel to send the paper out well, the paper suction body of the machine is specially designed, that is, there are two intake needle valves on the paper suction body, and there are two intake needle valves above the Two collision screws, when the suction paper body sucks the paper through its own suction m and moves upwards, the two intake needle valves are hit by the collision screws above it, the needle valve is pressed down, and the suction nozzle is pressed. The vacuum between the sheets of paper is destroyed, the suction of the suction paper suction wheel is greater than the suction of the suction nozzle, and the paper is pulled out and sent away.

Symptom II

Due to inertia, the suction nozzle only works best when the intake needle collides with the impact screw. However, in the paper feeding process, due to the limitation of time (because it is required to cooperate with the folding knife on the time division), it is impossible to send the paper away immediately after the intake needle valve is struck. Before the second feeding operation of the suction suction wheel starts, the suction body must maintain the suction force of the paper, so that the intake needle valve on the suction body will be in a semi-reset state, and the damage to the vacuum will be eliminated. not ideal. In case of thicker or smooth-surfaced papers, the phenomenon of slippage (air-tension) is inevitable. To avoid this, only the suction force of the paper suction wheel can be increased. The machine has just been maintenance, the vacuum pump and the gas line are no fault, and the vacuum pump valve has been adjusted to the maximum (60 pump), that is, the suction force of the paper suction wheel can no longer increase, by this method has been The suction effect of the suction wheel cannot be improved, which is the cause of the air-drying phenomenon.

Analysis and solution:

Through the observation and analysis of the paper suction wheel and the paper suction body, it was found that reducing the contact area between the suction nozzle and the paper is very beneficial to avoid the phenomenon of empty sheets. With a constant vacuum, the greater the contact area, the greater the suction force. In order that the paper suction body can accurately pick up the paper during the paper suction process, a rubber cup is set on the suction nozzle of the machine to avoid the air leakage phenomenon during the paper suction process, but this also increases the suction. The contact area between the mouth and the paper increases the suction force when the paper is pulled out, which brings difficulties to the paper feeding and suction wheel to feed paper outside. Reducing the contact area between the suction nozzle and the paper is equivalent to increasing the suction force of the suction paper suction wheel so that the paper suction suction wheel can accurately send the paper out.

In the paper suction process of the machine, when the intake needle valve is in the semi-reset state during the paper suction process, the vacuum damage effect is not ideal, resulting in the paper suction body and the paper suction suction wheel not working in the same vacuum degree. . The suction force of the suction nozzle is large, and the pulling force of the suction paper suction wheel is relatively small. When the paper with a thick paper, a smooth surface, or a swelled paper is pulled, the suction wheel has a phenomenon that the paper slips (pulls) when the paper is pulled. By reducing the contact area between the nozzle and the paper, this problem can be effectively solved.
