The previously mentioned installations are for single machines. If multiple machines are installed in a workshop, how should they be in place? There are many factors that need to be considered in the installation of multiple machines. The following analysis is possible for possible situations.

1. Installation of multiple single and double color machines. Due to the short fuselage of the single- and double-color machines, the selectability of the two-color machines is relatively flexible, but there are two principles that must be complied with: 1 If the longitudinal direction of the machine is parallel to the operation surface, the operation of the machine Facing the corridor; 2 If the longitudinal direction of the machine is perpendicular to the hallway of the shop, the paper-feeding site should respond to the corridor. Since most of the corridors in the workshop are located in the middle of the workshop, there are only two situations in which the machine can be in place: 1 If the space on both sides of the intermediate corridor is 4–5m longer than the vertical direction of the machine, the longitudinal direction of the machine should be perpendicular to the workshop corridor. The paper-feeding part is facing the corridor; 2 If the space on both sides of the middle corridor is less than 4m in the vertical direction of the machine, the longitudinal direction of the machine should be parallel to the workshop corridor, and the operating surface should be facing the corridor.

(1) If the machine's binding paper is in the hallway, the installation of each machine should be the same as the installation of a single machine. Since two adjacent machines are an operation surface corresponding to a transmission surface, the distance between them should be based on the space occupied by the operation surface, and the operation surface of another machine can be operated in the above space. Do not necessarily leave space for it, that is, the distance between the two machines should not be less than 2-3m. If possible, the distance between them should be as large as possible. The wall of the original workshop of the agricultural paper section should not be less than 2n. The distance between the paper feeding part and the workshop hall shall not be less than 2m. The distance between the drive surface of the most edge machine and the wall paper shall not be less than 1.5m. The top of the machine shall not be less than 1m from the ceiling.

(2) If the machine's operating surface corresponds to a corridor, then the two adjacent machines should be the ones of a machine and the other machine's paper binding part, and the distance between them should be the receiving part. Occupied space is correct. However, due to the relatively high utilization rate of the paper-painted part, in addition to the space occupied by the paper-receiving part, it is also necessary to leave a dedicated space for it, so that the position of the two machines and the receiving paper are all between The distance should not be less than 2.5m, the distance between the machine's transmission surface and the wall edge should not be less than 1.5m. The distance between the machine's operating surface and the shop hallway should be less than 2m.

2. The installation of multiple multicolor machines. Due to the long fuselage of the multi-color machine, in most workshops, the longitudinal direction of the machine should be parallel to the middle corridor of the workshop, that is, the operation surface of the machine should respond to the corridor. However, in some larger buildings, the distance between the corridors on both sides of the corridor may be greater than 4-5m. At this time, the longitudinal direction of the machine should be perpendicular to the corridor of the workshop.

3. Single, two-color and multi-color machine mixed equipment. For the installation of this type of hybrid model, the main consideration should be the problem of paper handling. From the paper pull point of view, it is clear that the operation of the machine is most convenient when it is facing the middle corridor. The distance between two adjacent units is the same as described above.
