Japan developed successfully smokeless smoked fish film

Japan has successfully developed a unique product smokeless smoked fish film that can make the process of smoking different types of fish, especially salmon, easy and fast. This new product has a layer of vegetable fiber glue film impregnated with wood vinegar. The film does not contain any toxic substances. The process of smoking the product using the film is simple. After the fish is cured, a layer of plant fiber film is applied on the bread. After putting in the vacuum bag, place the product for 48 hours for full taste. Smoked fish will not produce smoke, and no special liquid jet or scrubbing machine is needed.
