Thermal transfer labeler

A large pharmaceutical company (MPC) in the Midwestern United States began a labeling standardization program at its seven manufacturing plants. Since then, the company has officially installed and used 70 labeling systems for printing and labeling bar code labels on corrugated shipping containers. The heat transfer labeling machine provided by Labeling Systems Inc. is divided into single head and double head, and one or two labels are attached to each carton at a speed of 10-30/min. The labeler operates via an Ethernet connection and downloads the bar code label format from the Internet. This system integrates with existing production lines, has the ability to scan barcodes, and can simultaneously identify three label barcodes. The main body of the system uses three kinds of computer software programs to facilitate: 1. Retrieving barcode formats; 2. Connecting with scanners, program logic control systems (PLC), computer monitors, and devices that reject unqualified barcodes; 3. Printing labels.
