Galvanized material surface electrostatic spraying new technology

In November 2003, the electrostatic powder paint coating on the surface of galvanized materials was widely used. After the overall galvanized treatment, the modern warship communication control cabinet also used surface electrostatic powder coating decoration technology, but it was found that the surface of the coating film appeared irregular honeycomb. Bubbles or pinholes.
After the research of Baoxiu Sen of the 722 Institute of China Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. discovered the cause of air bubbles or pinholes, and proposed improvements:
1. The pre-baking treatment of the galvanized material surface temperature is 35 ~ 400 °C, time is 8 ~ 24h, so that the active zinc curing and stability in the heat treatment process;
2. The pretreatment of the surface after the removal of micro-projection zinc slag;
3. Properly reduce the curing temperature (5 ~ 10 °C);
4. Increase the temperature control point of the curing chamber to equalize the temperature in the curing chamber;
5. Electrostatic spraying is performed directly within 24 hours after the zinc treatment to obtain a qualified product. The above process must be added after 24 hours. The test confirmed that the above process can be used to spray the galvanized surface of ships to obtain qualified products.
