Two-glue YP-S PS version debut

A new PS version with comprehensive performance reaching the level of foreign advanced media has recently appeared in the second film factory of China Lucky Film Group. At present, this PS version has already begun mass production and is being tested on the market.

This type of YP-S-type positive PS plate was developed in 1999. Based on repeated experiments and repeated tests on synthetic formulas for sensitized photoresists, researchers conducted three heavy-duty test runs beginning in November of last year. After adjusting and improving the formula, the photosensitive adhesive formula has been further improved to ensure that the product is welcomed on the market. In mid-September this year, this plate was mass-produced. On the basis of the better results obtained by the trial version, Second Glue will send mass-produced plates to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Jinan, Shanxi, and Hangzhou for trial in more than 10 newspapers and printing companies that have a large impact in China. After trialing the YP-S type positive PS version, the user believes that the material is 30% to 40% faster than the YP-II type PS version they previously used, and the dot recovery is good, and the ink speed is high. Uniform, high exposure and development latitude, high resolution, suitable for newspaper use, its comprehensive performance has reached the advanced level of similar foreign media. Since the plate is developed with weak alkali, it is more conducive to environmental protection and can reduce the damage of the liquid to the human body and plate-making equipment.
