c. Lead time: about 20-35 days for 1*40HQ after sending deposit.
d. Sample order: sample is available for customer to check the quality
We will charge double price for sample, but it will return back to customers after formal order
e.Guarantee: We guarantee the quality.For damaged and missing items, we will send replacement after getting related details, such as photo or video.
f. Package & Carton: all tables packed in KD,chairs is semi-KD(meaning the seat cushion is un-fixed).Use 5- layer K=A 210pounds export standard carton. Your shipping marks can be printed on carton.

2)Customization(OEM) is accepted ---- Our Qualified Designer Team can design according to your drawings or pictures, meanwhile we can offer the free sample before in bulk order. 
3)When you received our products, If you find any spare parts are missing or some damaged, pls contact with us soon,we will deliver the new parts with your coming containers or orders
4)For checking the quality of products ---- welcome to visit our factory showroom to check the quality before loading,you can also send QC person to checking goods Or we will check the quality and send photos for your reference.We will not loading container till you agree to load.
5)We have a professional after-sale service system.If you have any questions ,pls contact with us immediately.
