We have found 3 old toner cartridges or powder bins to clean the residual powder. Can be disassembled and washed with water, but the drum and fixing film or fixing roller can be wiped clean with absorbent cotton. Prevent the dead ends from leaving moisture. The color powders of cyan, magenta, and yellow are respectively loaded and the color of the color powder is marked on the outside of the box so that the color of the color powder can be conveniently used, and a total of 4 sets of black toner cartridges can be used. Then you can print in color.

Need to output color pictures, using Photoshop and other software to process into CMYK color separation film, some typesetting software color separation processing is very convenient, but also can be linked to output as needed. When a different color separation sheet is output, it is replaced with a toner cartridge of a corresponding color, and a color image can be obtained by printing on the same sheet of paper in four times.

If you want to print well, pay attention to the following points:

1. The first is the grayscale effect of the printer's picture output, that is, the number of gray levels, which should be smooth and even, and there should be no traces of line breaks. Some printers are called 128 shades of gray and their effect is not satisfactory. Do not just look at the indicators. It depends on the actual results. Of course, the resolution is 600DPI or more.

2. Repeat print positioning. Whether it is a 'U' or 'L' shaped paper feed structure, keep about 20 sheets of paper in the paper cassette for positioning. It is easier to position the 'U'-shaped structure, that is, to make positioning marks at the back of the paper feed direction, and to position it when printing repeatedly. To prevent misalignment of the paper just before feeding, place a suitable platen or place a few suitable magnets on the paper. For the 'L'-shaped structure, open the chassis and stick a few moderate plastic flaps in place. In the release of paper to play a positioning role, it does not affect the paper.

3. The color print sequence is cyan, magenta, yellow, and black.

With print quality, I won't change it with a 4,000-plus inkjet printer. I changed it with more than 1,000 yuan old A3 printer. Especially on plain paper, it won't be awkward, neither is slower than ink-jet printers, and the cost is lower than ink-jet printers. Can be described as value for money.

Using experience, the advantage of single-sheet printing is not obvious. However, multiple sheets or single sheets can avoid frequent drum changes, change colors and drums after processing a color. The processing speed is 10 minutes or more for 10 minutes. For simple text typography, as long as they can be printed separately, the operation is very simple, but the color is limited to blue, magenta, yellow, black, and is too monotonous. If only one or two colors are used, such as document sets, red, yellow, and yellow may be used. Not suitable for full-color text printing with extremely small prints or very thin lines due to positioning and dots. Authentic color laser printers can't avoid the extra fine prints caused by outlets rather than outlets. Normal-sized text can be printed in full color.

This method passes through a variety of printers, and the powder change must be matched with the drum. The same principle can also achieve color printing on a dot matrix printer.
