Operation steps: Before freeze-drying, place the prepared items in a low-temperature refrigerator or liquid nitrogen, so that the items are completely frozen in ice before they can be freeze-dried.
1. Startup operation 1. Connect the main power cord and turn on the yellow main power switch on the right. At this point, the "cold trap temperature" display window begins to display the temperature of the cold trap. 2. Press the "Refrigerator" switch and the pre-cooling time is not less than 30 minutes. 3. Press the “Vacuum Meter” switch and the vacuum will be displayed as “999”. 4. After the pre-cooling is finished, place the prepared items to be dried in a drying tray and cover the plexiglass cylinder. 5. Press the stainless steel tab on the quick inflation valve and after the click is heard, pull the quick inflation valve connector out to automatically seal. 6. Press the “vacuum pump” switch, the vacuum pump starts to work, and the vacuum shows “999” until 1000Pa or less to display the actual vacuum, and the freeze-drying process begins. After the ice in the cold trap is turned into water, the water needs to be discharged from the outlet of the quick inflation valve, and the operation is the same as the inflation. 5. Clean the water and impurities in the cold trap and properly maintain the equipment. When the vacuum pump is not in use, the exhaust nozzle should be covered to prevent dirt from entering.
