Shenzhen venture capital layout Northeast has injected 1.05 billion yuan (VC302) into 3 companies

On April 20th, Jilin Province Red Earth Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and Jilin Province Nuojin Venture Capital Co., Ltd. have invested a total of 1.05 billion yuan in equity investment in three companies in Jilin Province.

The two venture capital companies have combined more than 10 venture capital institutions at home and abroad with a cumulative equity investment of 1.05 billion yuan in Haoyu Petrochemical, Cornell Chemical, and Kelon Building Energy Saving Company.

Jilin Province Red Earth Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and Jilin Province Nuojin Venture Capital Co., Ltd. both invested 40 million yuan in the first phase. Among them, the government guidance fund holds 5% equity in each of the two venture capital companies, with a total investment of 4 million yuan.

Earlier, it was reported that the Jilin Venture Capital Guidance Fund officially signed a contract with Shenzhen Innovation Investment Co., Ltd., Huaben Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Sanen Capital Co., Ltd., and Beijing Tuoshinuojin Investment Co., Ltd. Cooperatively establish the Jilin Provincial Venture Capital Guidance Fund.

The person in charge of Shenzhen Innovation Investment Co., Ltd. said that Shenzhen Innovation Investment Co., Ltd. will use its own advantages to support the development of venture capital industry and small and medium-sized enterprises. Technological small and medium-sized enterprises start-up and innovation, promote the economic structure adjustment and industrial transformation and upgrading of Jilin Province.

The Venture Capital Guidance Fund is a policy fund established by the government and operated by a venture capital enterprise in a market-oriented manner, with a focus on providing capital and management services for entrepreneurship.
