There is only one Type A 08 machine in our factory. Because of the miscellaneous activities, the open and back-to-back exchanges are very frequent, waste of time, and sometimes cause paper feed instability.
After a period of groping, we positioned the feeder belt and the platen roller in the four-way position, adding a platen roller on each side of the platen, and the two front platen rollers in the middle. In the position, the two front platen rollers on both sides are pressed at the position of the four-sheet tail. In this way, when changing the two sides, lift the two rollers on both sides. Because the paper conveying belt and the pressure roller do not have string positions when changing the different opening numbers, the paper feeding is hardly affected and the time is saved.
