In order to make work easier, a series of technological innovations have been applied in the design of mechanical functions, such as ultrasonic double-sheet detectors and forward/backward jogging speeds. Thanks to the proven technology and additional modules for single-shift operation, this universal model is still the most versatile A3 format printer solution. As a multi-function printer, the InTouch GTO 52 is well-recognized for its flexible, single-sheet automatic paper feeder, which handles printing material thicknesses ranging from 0.04mm to 0.4mm. Thanks to the improved single sheet feeder, the replacement of a quick job is now extremely simple. In order to enhance the paper separation reliability of different thickness materials, Press India GTO 52 now adds a new pressure vacuum pump. Ultrasonic double-sheet detectors improve the reliability of the paper separation, and the preparation time is also greatly reduced. Manually operated, low-speed jog moves the plate cylinder to the right position, making it easier to change jobs. Because of the elimination of the progressive mode with a travel limit, it now takes less time to finish the plate. Another feature of the new Pressmaster GTO 52 is its automated central lubrication system, which ensures reliable lubrication at regular intervals. The ink pad unit and dampening system of the Indo-Palm GTO 52 also reflects the recognized Heidelberg technical features. The allowable color setting of the laser knife type ink fountain hardly produces any side effects. Since the central adjustment lever can determine the position of the washing blade, the cleaning of the ink roller becomes easier. Thanks to the direct and continuous dampening unit, alcohol-free printing is possible, so a fast ink balance can be achieved and a uniform dampening fluid film can be delivered. Inking units and dampening systems ensure convincing print quality and short drying times. The fifth printing unit makes the new Presshe GTO 52 more versatile. The use of spot colors and varnishes is now becoming more and more important, even in medium format short runs. As an alternative, a removable in-line coating unit with an infrared drying assembly can finish the coating operation at a very low cost. The new India Press GTO 52 can also be equipped with a manual, easy-to-operate paper inverting device for cost-effective double-sided printing and reduced job time. Other additional functions, such as the marking and basket unit and feeder unit for small-format printing, increase the application range of the Pressmaster GTO 52 in the 35x50 format series. This versatility makes the Pressmaster GTO 52 a must-have standard device for printing companies worldwide that expect to receive fine offset quality and cost-effective printing.
