An environmental protection new technology, annual production of 10,000-ton pulp-scale papermaking black liquor treatment test project, was successfully tested by Inner Mongolia Mengyi Papermaking Black Liquid Comprehensive Utilization Co., Ltd. Recently, it passed the results appraisal hosted by the State Environmental Protection Administration.
According to the introduction, the comprehensive utilization technology of black liquor from papermaking has been perfected after more than 10 years of hard work. To promote and apply this advanced technology as soon as possible, with the support of the relevant government departments, research institutes and partners, from July 1999, the project undertaker, Inner Mongolia Mengyi Papermaking Black Liquor Comprehensive Utilization Co., Ltd., moved to Hebei Province. Anshi Painting and Paper Factory implemented industrial tests on this technology. By the end of August this year, improvements, adjustments and installations of test equipment have been completed. After more than two months of operation, the data obtained by the indicators have basically reached the assessment targets set out in the contract for the S&T development project of the State Environmental Protection Administration. During the appraisal, the experts of the appraisal committee heard the project director's comprehensive introduction to the project and conducted an on-site inspection of the project.
Experts believe that this technology has a good application prospects. It is very beneficial to control environmental pollution and promote the development of China's paper industry.
