Plastic hose heat sealing tail new process

Kalix, a packaging machine manufacturer, recently invented a new process that solves the problem of collapsing deformation of plastic hoses at the end of heat sealing.
With this technology, after the product is filled in the hose, the sealing legs are rounded, so that the appearance of the product can be more harmonious and beautiful. This new process can also be applied to softer hoses and thinner walls, so the cost can be lower. At the same time, the filling capacity of the product can still be guaranteed without changing the length and width of the hose.
