The printing machine occupies an extremely important position in the prepress equipment, and its performance directly affects the quality of the plate making, and its maintenance plays a decisive role in the printing production process. If the correct selection, proper maintenance and timely maintenance of the required printing machine can not only improve the service life of the printing machine, but also improve the quality of the printing plate.
Printing machine maintenance tips:
(1) The working environment temperature should be 0-40 °C, the relative humidity should be less than 80%; the glass should meet the requirements of the first-grade glass in JG40-62 "Slab Glass for Window", and there should be no scratches or grinding in the effective working surface. Hair, mold, etc., there must be no bubbles in the glass that affect the quality of the printing plate;
(2) The printing machine should be able to obtain a vacuum of 80 kPa (650 mmHg) within 60 s; the vacuum of the printing machine should not be reduced by 20 kPa (150 mmHg) 5 minutes after the power of the printing machine is turned off.
(3) The temperature rise of the working glass surface of the printing machine should be no more than 20 °C. Detection method: the exposure light source is placed in the normal working position, and the surface temperature of the working glass is measured by a point thermometer having a division value of not less than 0.5 °C.
(4) The important exposure time error of the printing machine should be less than 5%.
