Integrated resistance furnace
The integrated resistance furnace adopts domestic advanced technology, and the furnace shell is made of high-quality steel plate by folding and welding. The control box and the furnace body are integrated. Avoid the cumbersome customer installation. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral lining made of high-aluminum and silicon carbide refractories. A spiral heating element made of iron-chromium-aluminum alloy wire is threaded into the upper, lower, left and right wire grooves of the inner furnace lining.
The furnace has a sealed structure, the furnace mouth brick of the electric furnace and the furnace door brick adopt light refractory material, and the refractory fiber and the expanded perlite product are built as an insulation layer between the inner furnace and the furnace shell. With over-temperature alarm device with overall design and user-friendly menu design, using industrial PID self-tuning control technology, dual-screen high-brightness wide-window digital display, clear and intuitive indication.
Program temperature controller. Independent temperature limit alarm, automatic interruption when the temperature exceeds the limit, to ensure the safety of the experiment without accidents. The electric furnace door is fixed to the electric furnace panel by a hinge. The furnace door is flexible. When closing, turn the handle and hold the door hook, the furnace door can be close to the furnace mouth; when opening, just rotate the handle, after the hook is removed, the furnace door can be placed on the left side.
The thermocouple for temperature measurement is inserted through a thermocouple hole opened in the furnace and fixed by a fixing seat.
