1, the problem of die cutting flash

Solution: If the new tool plate is blunt, in addition to the possible causes of the device itself, it is also possible that the operating pressure is set incorrectly, and the pressure is too high to shorten the tool plate life.
2, easy to tear the mouth is not easy to tear the problem

Reason: Joint point is too big
Solution: The joint point should be made to be the best under the circumstances that the sheet is continuously opened at the time of starting, and the position of the joint point should be distributed in a straight line with the direction of paper feeding, so that the sheet is not stretched diagonally in the die-cutting work of the machine. The joint point is not easy to pull off, the joint point can be the smallest, tear the mouth when tearing the box is easy to tear open.

Cause: die cut does not cut through
Solution: First check the quality of the cutting plate. If the quality is acceptable, the height of the cutting line is the same, and the cutting edge is sharp, then the next step is to check whether the die-cut paper has been cut through, and if so, it is necessary to make up the pressure. If there is no cut-through part, it means that the pressure is not enough, and the pressure of the equipment can be adjusted to partially cut through, and then the ideal die-cutting effect can be achieved through pressure compensation.

When the printing plant uses automatic stripping machines, the steel knife mold is better than the wood knife mold.
