Use a dial indicator to check if the beat exceeds 0.03 mm. The reasons for the excessive jumping of the impression cylinder are as follows: firstly, its own processing error is large; secondly, it is subjected to strong squeezing and causes the drum to flex and deform; and thirdly, the bushing wears on both sides of the wall plate. According to the specific circumstances, take appropriate maintenance measures to restore its accuracy.
2. The surface of the impression cylinder is dirty. During the printing process, paper powder, sludge, ink and other impurities will adhere to the impression cylinder, resulting in uneven distribution of the printing pressure, resulting in uneven ink transfer. In particular, it should pay attention to this point when printing high-quality live.
3. The radial runout of the blanket cylinder is too large. The cause of the failure and the inspection method are the same as the impression cylinder. However, due to the fact that the rubber cylinder frequently performs the clutching history, the wear of the bushes on both sides thereof is relatively more serious; the other two sides of the clutching pressure mechanism are deformed or not synchronized, which causes the position of the clutch cylinder to be changed.
4. The underlay of the blanket is uneven. Due to their inconsistent thickness, their printing pressures are inconsistent and the ink delivery is not uniform. Use a dial indicator to check the thickness of the liner under the blanket. Install the post-printing screen or hit the full-scale version to further inspect the package for unevenness. If there is any inconvenience, it will be repaired or replaced promptly.
5. The plate roller pulsates radially. The cause of the failure and the inspection method are the same as the impression cylinder. However, the parallelism of the drum should be checked first before checking the runout of the plate cylinder. Based on the impression cylinder, the parallelism of the blanket cylinder is calibrated, and then the parallelism of the printing cylinder and the blanket cylinder is calibrated. In some devices, the plate cylinder also participates in the clutch pressure process, so the failure and elimination method of this structure is the same as that of the blanket cylinder.
6. The plate and the underlying gasket are not flat. Due to their inconsistent thickness, the contact between the printing plate and the blanket is not uniform. Check the thickness of the printing plate and its underlying gasket with a dry dimension and replace it if it fails.
7. The graphic on the plate is unevenly developed. Some places are deep and some are shallow.
8. The degree of parallelism between the ink path portion and the printing plate is not good. The degree of parallelism between them determines the good or bad ink transfer performance between them, should hurt the "5." Check the parallelism of the ink path.
9. The ink roller is not round. The ink roller is not round and the effect of ink transfer is definitely uneven. Use a caliper to check for non-parallelism. Unqualified persons should be replaced. The same is true for other ink rollers.
10. The ink fountain is bad. The amount of ink under the ink fountain should be equal to the amount of ink required on the print sheet. At this time, the adjusted amount of ink is the optimum amount of ink. If the amount of ink is not adjusted properly, it is very difficult to smooth it by the tandem roller and the uniform ink roller, and thus it is impossible to obtain the optimum ink amount.
11. Water and ink bars are also one of the factors that contribute to uneven ink. See 7.9.3 for the causes of failures and how to eliminate them.
7.9.6 Paper Tearing Paper tearing is the tearing of a part of the paper surface. The essential reason for paper mouthing is mutual interference between moving parts.
1. Lateral regulations are too late to lift. When the paper-toothed paper left the paperboard, the rules had not been lifted, causing the paper at the regulations to be torn. Adjust the cam below the gauge so that the gauge is lifted beforehand.
2. The front rule fell too late. The front gauge has not yet fallen when the transfer paper leaves the paper feeder. If it is the wrong timing, adjust the front cam to drop it in advance. If it is an off-sales organization that does not work, check the work loop of the mutually-disclosed organization.
3. The distance between the upper pendulum tooth and the teeth is greater than the distance between the front cap and the cardboard. In this case, when the paper is handed over, the paper will wavy the day before, and the undulation will further increase the paper breakage.
4. The transfer between the paper feed and the front pass is not appropriate. The reason is similar to above.
5. The amount of paper feeding the paper teeth is too large. Causes the paper in the process of transfer, the paper in the mouth can not complete the transfer in the plane, thus tearing the paper. Therefore, the maximum amount of crepe paper should be reduced as much as possible.
6. The unevenness of the teeth during the transfer is too great. The pad appeared uneven during the transfer process, causing wavy individual parts of the paper.
7. The fit between the presser foot and the separator nozzle is inappropriate. Tearing the back of the paper.
8. The transfer between the transfer nozzle and the relay roller is not suitable. The transfer between them should be carried out at the same speed, but due to long-term mechanical wear, their mutual cooperation will change, resulting in grab paper.
9. The other components on the paperboard interfere with the paper performance to cause the paper to tear. Exclude mutual interference components.
10. The opening and closing mechanism is inaccurate. Due to the incorrect opening and closing time, the paper could not be transferred in the ideal condition. Re-adjust the opening and closing mechanism.
11. When the paper moves on the roller. Because of its centrifugal force, the tail of the paper must be thrown outwards, especially on the delivery roller. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully adjust these components that may interfere.
12. It is very easy to cause paper tearing when the delivery chain is too far. Retighten the chain.
13. Paper interferes with other components at the receiving location. As a result, the surface of the paper is scratched.
14. Individual cavities open teeth are not flexible, can also cause paper tear. Readjust the tooth decay. (To be continued)
