During this process, the ink particles melt. , and T-shirt fiber firmly combined, cooling molding.

Because the white matrix on the thermal transfer paper must be melted to “stick” the pattern to the T-shirt, the traditional heat transfer pattern tends to have an unnaturally stiff white edge; the thermoset ink print has no unpleasant hard edges because It is a "direct" print and does not require a white matrix.

3, different feel, different air permeability

The heat transfer layer is like a layer of rubber, because the white matrix and pigment are almost 0.5mm thick, and it is a continuous seal layer; the thermoset ink printing is a fine color particle that is semi-dispersed and distributed on the T-shirt, which is soft and breathable. Close to aqueous paste printing, but more vivid and durable than aqueous paste printing.

In recent years, the heat transfer technology has been continuously improved, and the new heat transfer has been greatly improved in terms of breathability, feel, washability, etc. It has almost been printed, and the white substrate has been replaced by a thinner transparent substrate. After the T-shirt is pre-applied with a solution, it can already be completely breathable. In terms of vividness, heat transfer is superior to other printing processes.
